Creamy Chicken Apple Salad

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast chopped
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 med. Jonagold apple diced
  • 3 T. walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Medium bowl combine chicken, celery, green onions, apples, and walnuts. Small bowl whisks together mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and pepper. Pour over chicken mixture and gently stir to coat. Serve over your choice of lettuce leaves, bread or crackers.
